How to use Automatic popcorn processing line
Step1:Popping .A line could put six stes popcorn machine.Capacity up to 300kg/h.
Step2:Delivery and Break up;
If you want to make your popcorn easier to cool down and have beautiful shape,this part is very improtant.
Step 3:Cooling down:
When discharging,you taste a popcorn,delicious but not crisp.You forget cooling down.Big fan could deal with 60kg one time.
Step 4:Sorting.Only beautiful and complete popcorn could be kept.

● High capacity with 60kg ready popcorn per hour for each popcorn machine.

● Popcorn machines are heated form electricity or gas, energy saving.

● Perfect spherical popcorns produced after5 phases: ready popcorns, detaching/separating, fan cooling, natural cooling, shaping/sifting.

● Intelligent control with German Siemens PLC touch screen, only with one touch can popcorns be ready after saving popping process in the system.

● Temperature is controllable.

● Mixing speed is variable with speed cotroller.

● Easy operation that 1 person can run two machines at the same time.
● Easy to clean with full body stainless steel SUS304 material.
● Specially designed planetary mixing system to ensure full mixing and avoid deposits and burning on the surface of the bowl.
● Durable Teflon scrapers can bear high temperature without deformation.
