一. Structural features
1.Pot body
Generally made of high-quality stainless steel, this material has good corrosion resistance and can withstand high temperature and high pressure environment. For example, the common 304 stainless steel pot body has a high chromium content, forming a dense chromium oxide protective film on the surface to prevent the food in the pot from chemically reacting with the external environment, thereby extending the service life of the pot.
The pot body is usually designed in a cylindrical shape, which helps to evenly disperse the pressure. Its thickness varies according to the specifications and working pressure requirements of the pressure cooker, and is generally thicker to ensure safety in high-pressure environments.
2.Pot cover
The pot cover and the pot body are tightly combined by a special sealing device. The sealing material is mostly a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant rubber sealing ring, which can effectively prevent steam leakage in the pot. For example, the silicone rubber sealing ring has a heat-resistant temperature of 200-300 degrees Celsius and can maintain good sealing performance within the normal working pressure range of the pressure cooker .
The pot cover is also equipped with a safety valve and a pressure indicator. The safety valve is an important safety component. When the pressure in the pot exceeds the set value, the safety valve will automatically open to release the excess pressure in the pot to avoid dangerous situations such as explosions. The pressure indicator allows the operator to intuitively understand the pressure in the pot, which is convenient for operation and monitoring.
3.Gas heating system
A gas burner is installed at the bottom. The design of the burner can make the gas burn fully and improve the thermal efficiency. The nozzle of the burner usually adopts a special design so that the gas can be sprayed evenly and fully mixed with the air. For example, some advanced burners adopt a premixed design to premix the gas and air in a certain proportion before burning, so that the flame is more stable and the heating is more uniform.
