200L Electric Induction Popcorn Making Machine

Longze designed and manufactured popcorn machines with gas heating and electromagnetic induction heating separately aim to meet customers' demand for big capacity in an economical way.  
 
1.Gas popcorn machine: 100L,3kw, LPG gas heating, capacity 55kg/h.
2.Electric Induction popcorn machine: 
1) 100L, 23Kw, electric induction heating, capacity 75kg/h, temperature monitor & control.
2) 200L, 43Kw, electric induction heating, capacity 130kg/h, temperature monitor & control.
You may also choose to use production line or not.The shortest production line is 7 meters which can accommodate one popcorn machine. 9 meters can accommodate 2 units,10 meters can accommodate 3 units.
 

Main Features of Electric Induction Popcorn Making Machine

1.75Kg~130Kg/h-380V/3 phase/50Hz or as customized
2.Pot size 100L/200L, φ700mm/900mm, 4mm/5mm and 304 stainless steel.
3.Adopting German Siemens PLC system or control panel, the temperature can be precisely controlled, the production process can be recorded, and fully automated production can be achieved.
4.The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which not only has good corrosion resistance but also has high strength and stability.
5.Electric induction heats quickly and has 8 heating levels. It can control the appropriate temperature according to different types of corn kernels (such as butterfly-shaped corn kernels, mushroom-shaped corn kernels) and different flavors of popcorn (such as caramel flavor and chocolate flavor).
