Working Principle

The industrial gas popcorn machine uses gas heating to heat the corn kernels in the popcorn pot and expand. Gas combustion can instantly generate high-temperature flames， which rapidly increase the water vapor pressure. The outer shell of the corn kernels cannot withstand this pressure and bursts， forming popcorn.
