1.User-friendly Control Panel
German Siemens PLC system can automatically control heating power, heating time, agitation speed, mixing arm lifting, popcorn discharging, etc. Control buttons with waterproof press buttons.
2.Unique Mixing
German high technology is introduced for electric induction heating system, highly increasing heating efficiency and therefore shortening the popping process
3.Automatic Ignition
Source fire is ignited automatically with press button, and gas is also released automatically with electromagnetic valve to control precisely the required heating for popping.
4.Full Combustion
Pressure burner can provide strong flames with less gas consumption. Full combustion shows blue color flames. Thick fireproofing material provides good insulation of heating and prevent loss of heating energy.
Inspection and maintenance of popcorn machine
1. Turn on the power switch of the popcorn machine and check whether the short-circuit fuse of the device is broken.
2. Turn on the heating switch of the popcorn machine, the pot body is not hot, and the heating indicator light does not light up, please check whether the wiring of the heater in the pot body of the popcorn machine is faulty, check the failure of the temperature controller, and the wiring of the hob is short-circuited.
3. If the heating indicator light of the popcorn maker does not go out for a long time and the temperature is too high, check the failure of the thermal thermostat, you should re-adjust the angle of the thermal thermostat to 180±10℃ or replace the thermal thermostat .
4. If the lighting thermostat switch of the popcorn maker does not turn on after working, replace the bulb. If the thermostat of the popcorn maker has no temperature, check whether the bottom thermostat is short-circuited.
5. If the metal sensing surface of the popcorn machine is too large, please check whether there is a good grounding device.
