Multi functional Tilting Electric High Pressure Cooking Pot
A high pressure cooker can heat the food being steamed to above 100°C. With its unique high temperature and high pressure function, it greatly shortens the cooking time and saves energy.
The electric heating cooking pot uses electric thermal oil heating as the heat source, and has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short liquid boiling time, and easy control of heating temperature. The inner pot body (inner pot) of the pressure cooker is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel, equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve. It has a beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, and is safe and reliable. This product uses advanced transmission and sealing structures to make the transmission part and the pot clean and hygienic.
Product Structure of Electric Pressure Cooker
1. According to the structural form, it is divided into: fixed type and tilting type.
2. According to the heating form, it is divided into: steam pressure cooker, electric heating pressure cooker, gas pressure cooker, thermal oil pressure cooker. Steps for Using High-Pressure Cooking Pot
1. Put food: When putting food, the food and water must not exceed four-fifths of the pot capacity.
2. Close the lid: Before closing the lid, check whether the exhaust pipe is unobstructed, the anti-blocking cover is clean, and the safety valve is intact. Put the lid flat on the pot body to fix the pot body, and check that all fixing screws are tightened.
3. Heating: When steam is introduced, the steam inlet valve should be opened slowly until the pressure is required. If the stop valve at the condensate outlet is equipped with a steam trap, the valve should always be opened; if there is no steam trap, the valve should be opened first until steam overflows and then the valve should be closed. The degree of opening should be kept until a small amount of water vapor overflows.
4. Cooling and venting: After the cooking is completed, close the steam inlet valve, open the straight-mouthed cock at the bottom of the pot, and drain the remaining water.
5. Open the lid: When no steam is discharged from the exhaust pipe, open the lid in a counterclockwise direction.
In addition to bone soup production, industrial high-pressure cookers are also used for a variety of other applications, including canning, sterilization, and cooking other foods that require high pressure and temperature.
