How to inject heat thermal oil into industrial thermal oil jacketed kettle?

When injecting heat thermal oil into the industrial heat thermal oil jacketed kettle， the following steps can be followed:  
一. Preparation  
1. Choose the right heat thermal oil:
According to the operating temperature requirements， equipment specifications and process requirements of the industrial heat thermal oil jacketed kettle， choose the heat thermal oil of the right model and quality. Ensure that the heat thermal oil has good thermal stability， oxidation resistance and fluidity.
2. Check the equipment:
Before injecting the heat thermal oil， carefully check the sealing of the jacketed kettle， whether the pipe connection is firm， whether the valve is in the correct position， etc. Ensure that the equipment is leak-free， undamaged and in good working condition.
3. Prepare oil injection tools:
Prepare oil injection tools such as oil injection pumps， connecting pipes， filters， etc. Ensure that the oil injection pump performs well， and the connecting pipes and filters are clean and free of impurities.

二. Oil injection process  
1. Open the oil injection port:
Find the oil injection port on the industrial heat thermal oil jacketed kettle， which is usually located on the side or bottom of the equipment. Open the cover of the oil injection port to ensure that the oil injection channel is unobstructed.
2. Connect the oil filling pipeline:
Connect the outlet of the oil filling pump to the oil filling port of the jacketed kettle through the connecting pipe. The connection should be firm to ensure that there will be no leakage during the oil filling process.
3. Start the oil filling pump:
Turn on the oil filling pump， extract the heat thermal oil from the storage container， and inject it into the jacketed kettle through the connecting pipe. During the oil filling process， pay attention to the working status of the oil filling pump to ensure its normal operation.
4. Filter the heat thermal oil:
During the oil filling process， the heat thermal oil can be filtered with a filter to remove impurities and particles. This helps to protect the equipment and increase the service life of the heat thermal oil.
5. Observe the liquid level:
As the heat thermal oil is injected， closely observe the changes in the liquid level in the jacketed kettle. The liquid level can be checked through a level gauge or observation window. When the liquid level reaches the appropriate position， stop the oil filling pump.

三. Inspection after oil filling  
1. Check the sealing:
After the oil filling is completed， carefully check whether there is leakage in the oil filling port， pipeline connection and other parts of the equipment. If leakage is found， timely measures should be taken to deal with it， such as tightening bolts， replacing seals， etc.
2. Expel air:
The heat thermal oil may bring in some air during the injection process. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment， the air in the jacketed kettle needs to be removed. The exhaust valve can be opened to allow the air to be discharged with the flow of the heat thermal oil.
3. Trial operation:
After confirming that the equipment has no leakage and the air is exhausted， a trial operation can be carried out. First run the equipment at no load for a period of time to observe the temperature changes， pressure conditions and whether the operation is stable. If everything is normal， materials can be gradually added for formal production.  
In short， when injecting heat thermal oil， it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure that the oil injection process is completed safely and accurately. At the same time， attention should be paid to selecting suitable heat thermal oil， and regular inspection and maintenance of the equipment should be carried out to ensure the normal operation and service life of the industrial heat thermal oil jacketed kettle.
