Industrial Nuts Roasting Process

As we all know,Low calorie and no added food is healthy food.Nuts are more and more popular because of   their own nutritional value and crisp taste.But do you know your how to make delicious roast salted cashew?
Ingredients: salt, cashew nuts, Longze electric cooking mixer
 
Step 1:Pour  the salt into the pot (pot capacity can be customized according to your request)
Step 2：Distribute evenly and heat salt warm
Step 3：Add cashew nuts.
Step 4: Mix fry at high temperature for 10 minutes, depending on the amount of cashew (the power of the electric cooking  mixer is adjustable and the temperature is controllable)
Step 5: Mix fry at low temperature for 10 minutes. Observation of cashew color changes during processing.
Step 6：Turn off the heat and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 7：Using a colander,separate the salt and cashew.
