一. Daily maintenance  
1. Cleaning and sanitation After each production, the production line should be cleaned immediately. Clean the sugar-coating equipment to remove the residual sugar solution and impurities to avoid the breeding of bacteria. 1. Frying equipment maintenance Regularly clean the heating tube inside the fryer to remove the oil and carbon deposits on the surface to ensure heating efficiency.
