Product Application
Using steam, electromagnetic and electric heat transfer oil as heat source, it is used for heating, stirring and mixing of cake fillings (lotus seed paste, jam, bean paste, jujube paste, fruit fillings), suitable for sauces, meat floss, fish bait and other foods It is also suitable for the processing and mixing of seafood dishes such as wakame, kelp, and seaweed, as well as for the mixing equipment of food powder, and the frying of solid granular materials and high-viscosity materials.

Pot tilting and cover opening & closing are controlled hydraulically. Limit switches are installed to ensure their proper movement.

Almost all parts except for electrical and hydraulic system are fabricated by our factory with laser machines, to ensure their accuracy and compatibility with each other, thus reduce occurrence of breakdown.
